Indian Government released Commemorative Coin of  ₹125 on 125th Birth Anniversary of Srila Prabhupada Ji

On 1st September,2021, on occasion of 125th birth anniversary of His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada ji, Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji released a special Commemorative coin of ₹ 125.

Srila Prabhupada is considered as an epitome of devotion to Lord Shri Krishna, he is the one who spread Krishna consciousness all across the globe with the establishment of ISKCON.He guided the whole world on how to get promotion in devotion to the lotus feet of Supreme personality of godhead.  He defined the meaning and real purpose of life as devotion to Krishna and worshipping him infinite times. He even made non believers to believe into a real science that is is the devotion is an art that makes the man a transcedental servant of the Lord. He was that silver lining in the cloud whose smile make it possible for humans to realise the ultimate solution that can free them from shackles of maya of world or from the state of Absolution. He travelled across the globe many times  for spreading Krsna consciousness.

PM Modi made several comments  acknowledging  the remarkable work done by ISKCON for welfare of humanity and keeping alive the message of krsna consciousness as propagated by his divine grace Srila Prabhupada ji . Some of them were

 Life Timeline of Srila Prabhupada Ji -

1986-He appeared in Calcutta as Abhay Charan De 

1901- he began conducting Rath Yatra festival

1902- began worshipping Radha Krishna

1916- got admit at Scottish churches college as student of philosophy

1918- he entered grihasthashram that is married life

1920-  he appeared for B.A.exams

1921- he is appointed as assistant manager of both laboratory and joined Gandhi's movement

1922- he meets his spiritual master Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakur who had ordered him to preach Krishna consciousness in English in the west and spread across globe

1925- his first visit to Vrindavan in his life

1926- he assisted Gaudiya Math Allahabad centre 

1932-He was initiated by Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakur as Abhay Charanvinda dasa

1934- he helped in establishing Gwalior tank centre of Gaudiya Matha

1935- he started publishing books and constructing temples on the instructions of his spiritual master

1936- this marks the year when he got final order from his spiritual master to preach in the west

1944- he started at Godhead magazine

1947- he was honoured with the title Bhaktivedanta by Society of Gaudiya vaishnavas

1953- he started League of devotees in Jhansi and initiated his first disciple Aacharya Prabhakar

1954- adopted  vanaprastha that is retirement from family life

1959- accepted renounced order of life that is Sanyas

1960-His first book titled easy journey to other planets was published

1961- he stayed at temple of Radha Damodar in Vrindavan

1962- volume of first canto of Srimad Bhagavatam was published

1965- remarkable year in which he boarded a cargo ship jalduta to USA in order to fulfill the order of his spiritual master to preach Krishna consciousness in the west

1966- International Society for Krishna consciousness ISKCON was established

1967 -He completed commentary of Bhagavad Gita as it is and organised first rathyatra festival in San Francisco. He also returned to India to recuperate after suffering a severe stroke

1968- Macmillan company Published Bhagavad Gita as it is

1969- first temple was opened in London Bury Place and he met Beatles team member George Harrison and other

1970- on his return to India along with western disciples he conducted message pandal progress across India to inspire Indians to take up their culture when westerners are already taking it up why not the Indians was his question

1971- He visited Russia met with professor kotovksy and initiated first Russian Anant Shanti das and started acquiring land for Temple construction in Bombay Mayapur and Vrindavan

1972- He established the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust for publishing his books and also established first Gurukul in Dallas

1975- He published translated version of Sri Chaitanya charitamrita in 17 volume

1976-  established Bhaktivedanta institute for scientific teaching

1977- he disappeared from this mortal world leaving behind his legacy of Krishna consciousness in the form of ISKCON for the upliftment of human race

 Other major contributions

1.10000 disciples were initiated to leader pure Vedic life

2. Established 108 temples all over the world 

3. More than hundred books were translated , discussed and printed  by staying up at night

4. 5000 lectures world liver explaining the science of Krishna consciousness
